Seriously, what is the purpose of this game?
We believe this experiment will help all of us better understand what AI models can do in 2023, and think about what it means to be human online. It is a part of a larger scientific research project by AI21 Labs.
Who are the humans in the game?
We match you with other players like yourself, who are probably trying to figure out if you’re a human or not, themselves.
Who are the AI bots in the game?
We match you with an AI character that will (sometimes) try to act human. We use a mix of different Large Language Models, including Jurassic-2, GPT-4, Claude and Cohere.
Is it free to play?
Yes! The game is free to play, but will only be available for a limited time.
What is the Turing Test?
The Turing Test is a suggested experiment by mathematician Alan Turing in 1950 to test a machine's ability to pass as human. You can read more about it on Wikipedia.
